CANCELLATION POLICY

– For reservations made directly by phone to the inn or on the Auberge Marquis de Montcalm website – www.marquisdemontcalm.ca:

We have relaxed our rescheduling and/or cancellation policy to better meet our clients' needs. By contacting us directly, you can be assured of our understanding and flexibility, provided that the request for a change or cancellation is made before the deadline specified in the booking confirmation prior to the scheduled arrival date and time (2:00 PM being the default local time for arrival). These requests can be made by phone or email: 1-866-421-7773 or reservation@marquisdemontcalm.com

Rest assured that we will take great care to promptly confirm any postponement or cancellation of your reservation. By booking directly at www.marquisdemontcalm.ca, you are helping to make our inn a model of success and are giving maximum support to sustainable development and the local economy.


- For customers who booked through online booking platforms such as Booking.com, the Expedia group, and all other online booking agencies:

Please note that to modify or cancel a reservation made through these digital platforms, you must contact the online agencies directly. We, the hoteliers, are unable to modify or cancel these reservations for you. We understand that contacting their customer service may be inconvenient, but since you chose to book through these platforms, it is your responsibility to contact them directly to make any changes or cancellations.

Indeed, all external booking sites limit and/or prevent direct communication with customers who have booked through these platforms. Therefore, as a customer of these platforms, it is your responsibility to contact them to correct or cancel your booking.

Please note that we do not accept any exceptions to the no-fee cancellation limits for these.online booking platforms, because they charge us booking fees that are enormous for the work they do.
